Returns & Exchanges: ALL SWIMSUITS, DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS & INTIMATE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship your item, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.
If a customer wants to return any items, they are responsible for all postage fees.
Returns: Must be in their original condition. Please be considerate and DO NOT get makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain on your new clothes when trying them on. Items returned with stains or damaged, will not be accepted.
When you return your item, please include a note inside the return package with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. Please ship all items to the address below. Please email us the tacking number for the items once you’ve shipped them back.
Sale Items: All sale & discount code items are final sale.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning an item due to a mistake on our behalf.
Did You Receive An Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back.
Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
