Shipping/FAQ

Shipping & Handling: All in stock items ship the same day if ordered before 12PM EST. When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance, tracking and signature confirmation. However, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered) we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time delivery. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

Once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control to it's delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders tracking information please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Route Shipping Protection: We do offer extra shipping protection that protects your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We suggest all customers to purchase it. Being as though we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages, we encourage all customers to purchase this protection. Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost or stolen. Once purchased, your package is 100% protected and you will be refunded in any event that it's lost or stolen.

Express/Overnight Shipping: This option is only available for items that are in stock, and orders that are placed before 12PM EST. Orders placed after this timeframe, will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed during out of office days, holidays and weekends will be shipped during normal business hours. 

Domestic Shipping: Please allow USPS Priority Mail approximately 2 - 4 business days for delivery. Shipping may take longer during the holidays and covid pandemic.

International Shipping: Please allow USPS Express Mail 2 - 5 days for delivery. Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. 

Returns & Exchanges: Please carefully select your correct size as we do not accept Returns or Exchanges unless the item is damaged. ALL SWIMSUITS & INTIMATE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.

Sale Items: All sales items are final sale.

Same Day Shipping: If a product has (same day shipping) in the title, that means that your item will ship the same day if ordered before 12PM EST, weekends and holidays are excluded. Any orders placed outside of our business hours, will be shipped the following business day. 

Pre-Orders: Pre ordered items will ship on their desired date. If you order other items in addition to your pre-ordered item, all items will ship together on the pre-ordered shipping date.

Order Cancellations: Please note all order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, if not cancelled within 24hr period.
