In order to provide the best quality products to you, we don't resell any items returned by customers. Thus, all sales are final. But if we made a mistake on your order, feel free to contact us anytime, we are happy to help you.

If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship your item, after the re-shipment fee has been paid by the customer.

Sale Items: All sale & and items purchased using discount codes are final sale.

Did You Receive An Incorrect Or Damaged Item: If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement or refund sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty/incorrect item shipped back. Please contact us within 5 days after order delivery to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 2 days.
